Shipping & delivery


We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping on all orders over £30 GBP.


We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. We review every order in advance. We operate as a UK VAT registered company and have a European EORI number to assist with smooth international shipping.


Shipping time varies by location and international trading climate. With current COVID restrictions, BREXIT and surges in internet shopping we are seeing increased delivery times for some countries. If the delay is unreasonable then we will look to refund a delivery charge where appropriate.

Many of our items are stocked in the UK and Europe with very short delivery times subject to availability. Some items can be delivered within 48 hours but on average products take 10 days.

Max delivery time – 45 business days or full refund regardless.

Some orders take 2-5 day to process.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
